Bursar-The Shooting Star?

Well, I must say that Bursa showed brutal strength today. Dynamite self-will. The CI upped another 17.21 points to 1414.19 Gainers were almost equal to losers 320 to 344. Volume was still not as impressive but value was about RM844 million which I attribute to the trading of Sime Darby shares. So it is still a Sime Darby game.

Tenaga shot up to the ISS with a 75 sen gain. WCT, about to go private, increased 55 sen. MPI ascended 50 sen and so did Sime Darby with a bulldog tenacity buying in. Losers were Topglove losing 20 sen along with Zelan. Meanwhile IJM and LCL both lost 15 sen each.

The portfolio shone as well with Genting upping 15 sen to RM8.05, increasing 2 sen to RM5.00; BJ Sports Toto adding 2 sen to RM5.00 while Resorts World rose 6 sen to RM3.86. RCE climbed a sen along with
Welli at 85.5 sen and 59 sen respectively.

Will buying be sustainable in the afternoon or will it reach tipping point?
