Falling Apart

So Bursa could not shield itself even with Deepavali to take away the blunt blows from Wall Street. CI closed down 11.6 points to 1402, a whisker away from the 1400 psychological level. Gainers surrendered to losers 267 to 572. Volume was at 1.07 billion worth RM1.73 billion.

Digi rose RM1 while BHIC upped 60 sen along with TM. PPB added 30 sen. Losers were BATL sliding 50 sen,
CL fell 40 sen, IOICorp tumbled 35 sen while Parkson moved down 35 sen as well.

The portfolio continued to perform dismally lead by the crucial fall of Genting, down 25 sen to RM7.95. Sister company Resorts went down 6 sen to RM3.78 and gamester BJ Sports Toto also fell 8 sen to
RM4.92. RCE slid 0.5 sen to 93.5 sen while Metronic gave a flash-in-the-pants performance and ended at the overnight level of 17.5 sen. I believe Metronic will move a big way next week if Dow gives support. Welli meanwhile move up 0.5 sen to 86.5 sen while KHSB increased 2 sen to RM1.07.

Bursa should be more alert and not fall apart because of those gringos on Wall Street. The same way, Hoang Thuy Linh's world should not fell apart just because of that sex video. In fact I believe she may become more famous. Sweet thing.
